T. Blake Orner
Blake is a graduate of DePauw University, Greencastle, Indiana. He is a graduate of Indiana University School of Law- Indianapolis. In law school, Blake was on the Dean’s List and was a member of the Dean’s Tutorial Society, mentoring students with their class assignments. As a law clerk with Grant & Grant during law school, Blake worked on a variety of complex civil litigation issues, including AIA contract interpretation, warranties, Daubert issues, and a number of appeals to the Indiana Court of Appeals.
As a lawyer, Blake’s practice is focused on Litigation, Subrogation, Personal Injury, and Estate Planning and Probate. Blake is admitted to practice in all Indiana courts, including federal court, both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Blake is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association and has been an active participant on the Education and Go Green committees for the Young Lawyers Division. He is also a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP).
Blake is an active volunteer in his community. He has served as President of his Homeowners Association for five years and is a volunteer coach for youth sports in Plainfield, Indiana. He is a current board member on the Plainfield Optimist Baseball Board and is an avid tennis player.
