T. Blake Orner
Blake is a graduate of DePauw University, Greencastle, Indiana. While at DePauw, he was on the Dean’s List and was invited to membership in Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society, a history honorary based on grades and class rank. He is a recent graduate of Indiana University School of Law- Indianapolis. In law school, Blake, again, was on the Dean’s List and was a member of the Dean’s Tutorial Society, mentoring students with their class assignments.
As a law clerk with Grant & Grant during law school, Blake worked on a variety of complex civil litigation issues, including AIA contract interpretation, warranties, Daubert issues, and a number of appeals to the Indiana Court of Appeals. As a lawyer, Blake’s practice is focused on litigation including all forms of subrogation, property, product liability and automobile. Blake is admitted to practice in all Indiana courts, including federal court, both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
Blake is a member of the Indiana State Bar and the Indianapolis Bar Associations and is an avid tennis player.
