Subrogation
Each of the partners of Grant & Grant has more than 30 years litigation experience. The firm represents numerous general liability insurance carriers throughout the State of Indiana. The attorneys are members of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) and Cari Small Grant is a former member of its national board of directors.
Grant & Grant represents insurance carriers in all areas of subrogation, including automobile, property, product liability, and workers compensation.
Estate Planning And Probate
Grant & Grant has assisted its clients in all areas of estate planning with decades of experience in the preparation of wills to planning business succession. We assist in the preparation of living wills, powers of attorney, appointment of health care representatives, trusts, wills, buy-sell agreements and charitable planning. In addition to estate planning, the firm represents personal representatives and heirs in probate proceedings.
